个人简介
白吉刚,1999年获华中农业大学硕士学位,2002年获西南农业大学蔬菜学博士学位,2002年至今在im体育农业大学im体育工作。为生物化学与分子生物学国家教学团队骨干成员、作物生物学国家重点实验室学术骨干、泰山学者科研团队学术骨干。近年来参加和主持承担了国家自然科学基金、国家转基因植物研究专项、im体育自然科学基金等多项课题。在《Plant and Soil》、《Physiologia Plantarum》、《Scientia Horticulturae》、《Journal of Plant Physiology》、《Journal of Plant Growth Regulation》、《Acta Physiologiae Plantarum》、《Biologia Plantarum》、《Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology》、《im体育》、《im体育》、《im体育》等国内外学术刊物发表论文40余篇,在im体育友谊出版社和Studium Press(India)等出版社出版图书2册,获得国家专利1项。
教学工作
承担本科生《im体育》、《im体育》、《im体育》等课程的教学工作。
研究方向
1. 黄瓜连作障碍与根际微生态:针对连作障碍这一生产问题,以黄瓜为实验材料,研究根际微生态,分析造成连作障碍的原因;配制微生物菌制剂,进行连作障碍的生物修复。
2. 黄瓜抗性生理与分子生物学:从形态结构、生理生化、蛋白质组学以及表观遗传学等不同角度研究低温、高温、干旱、盐等逆境胁迫对黄瓜的影响;基于DNA甲基化,克隆并分析与黄瓜抗逆相关的重要功能基因;选育抗逆的黄瓜材料。
3. 转基因生物安全评价共性技术: 研究转基因生物的环境安全性,建立分析转基因植物非预期毒性和非预期致敏性的共性技术。
